By enrolling in any class, course, workshop, apprenticeship, or training program offered by Permanent Makeup Trainers, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund policy.

NO REFUNDS POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Permanent Makeup Trainers maintains a strict NO REFUNDS policy for all:

• Deposits

• Tuition payments

• Class registrations

• Online courses

• Training programs

• Certification courses

• Apprenticeships

• Kits and supplies

• Digital products

• Special event bookings

Once a payment is made, it is non-refundable under any circumstance, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Scheduling conflicts

• Failure to attend

• Illness

• Personal emergencies

• Travel issues

• Dissatisfaction

• Failure to complete coursework

• Licensing or certification issues

• Removal from class due to policy violations

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

A deposit secures your seat in a class and compensates for reserved scheduling, preparation, materials, instructor time, and limited enrollment availability.

Rescheduling Policy

In certain situations, students may request a one-time reschedule approval at the sole discretion of Permanent Makeup Trainers.

Rescheduling is:

• Not guaranteed

• Subject to availability

• May require additional fees

• Must be requested in writing

Failure to appear for a scheduled class without prior approval may result in forfeiture of all payments.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By submitting payment, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services, classes, deposits, or products covered under this policy.

Any fraudulent or unjustified chargeback attempts may result in:

• Removal from training programs

• Cancellation of certifications

• Collection action

• Legal action for recovery of fees and associated costs

Class Cancellation by Permanent Makeup Trainers

Permanent Makeup Trainers reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a class due to:

• Instructor illness

• Emergencies

• Low enrollment

• Weather conditions

• Facility issues

• Other unforeseen circumstances

If Permanent Makeup Trainers cancels a class, students may be offered:

• A transfer to a future class date

• Store credit

• Alternative training accommodations

Agreement

By registering for any course through Permanent Makeup Trainers, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
